The application form should be carefully filled up and registered personally at the College Office. The last date of registration will be notified on the College Notice Board. The Application should be made with the following enclosures:
Original transfer certificate with a photo copy
Students who have passed the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination or any other equivalent examination are eligible for admission to PUC.
Original SSLC / CBSE / ICSE / equivalent marks card for verification, with two photo copies the same.
Migration Certificate for those who have studied outside Karnataka
Original caste / category certificate for reservation and category students, Disability certificate in case of handicapped students
Eligibility Certificate for foreign students, Four passport size and one stamp size photographs
